Business and contact
Tutors of Canada is the operating name used on this website. Business location: 1123 Albion Road, Etobicoke, Ontario. For privacy questions, email assignmentsupportca@gmail.com or call coordination at (365) 360-1818. WhatsApp: (437) 784-0921 (primary) or (647) 657-2322 (secondary).
Information used
When you contact us or pay, we may receive your name, contact details, course information, agreed plan and payment confirmation. Before a call, we ask for the client name, contact phone number and college name to identify the request and coordinate support. Live support also stores request identifiers, timestamps, queue status and advisor notes. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser information and technical logs.
Why it is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, deliver your agreed learning support, match payments, maintain service records and address problems. Share only information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, Social Insurance Numbers or government account credentials.
Calls and your choices
Daily provides browser calls. Your camera starts off; you choose whether to enable video or share your screen. Audio requires microphone permission. This website does not initiate call recording or transcription. Anyone wanting to record must first explain the purpose and obtain the required consent. Close the call to stop participating.
Providers and international processing
Daily handles call media and technical information. GoHighLevel / LeadConnector hosts the embedded form, and Stripe processes payments where enabled. Website hosting also processes technical and support records. These providers may process information outside Canada, where local authorities may have lawful access. Their own privacy notices also apply to their services.
Cookies and embedded services
The website uses a secure session cookie to connect your browser with your support request. Sign-in, the payment form and call providers may use their own cookies or storage. Browser settings can limit cookies, but some features may stop working. Opening an embedded form connects your browser to its provider.
Retention and protection
Support and transaction records should be kept only for the service, accounting, legal or dispute purposes that require them. Private call links and restricted advisor access help protect support sessions; no online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us for the retention period applying to your records or to request deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Access, corrections and concerns
Email assignmentsupportca@gmail.com with “Privacy request” to ask about your information, request access or corrections, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. Withdrawal may affect services that need the information. We may need to verify your identity. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. Material policy changes will be reflected here.
Communication preferences
Enquiry replies, appointment arrangements and payment or service updates are used to manage the service you request. Promotional messages require an appropriate consent or other lawful basis, identify the sender and provide an unsubscribe option. Request a change to your communication preferences by emailing us. Paying for support is not blanket consent to marketing.
Young learners and sensitive information
If a learner cannot provide meaningful consent, a parent or guardian must be involved before personal information is shared or a service is arranged. Explain any accessibility needs without sending unnecessary medical records. Never enter card details or account passwords in support notes or screen sharing.
Privacy incidents
Report suspected misuse or unauthorized disclosure to assignmentsupportca@gmail.com. Privacy incidents require assessment, containment and records, with notification to affected people and the appropriate regulator where required by applicable law.
