What we provide
Tutors of Canada provides independent tutoring, study planning, assignment guidance, exam preparation and academic support. Academic counselling means educational guidance, not regulated mental-health counselling. Services help you learn; grades, passing, graduation, employment and government funding are not guaranteed.
Your agreed plan
Before payment, confirm the provider’s legal identity and contact details, subjects or modules, included services, session schedule, support start and end dates, total CAD fee and applicable taxes, and cancellation or refund terms in your written service agreement. Keep a copy. An entire-course plan covers the agreed curriculum and support period, not unlimited sessions or availability.
Payments
Enter only the amount confirmed in your agreement or invoice. These fees are for our independent support services, not college tuition or government charges. Review the details and correct mistakes before paying; contact an advisor if anything is unclear. Do not treat a form submission alone as proof of payment: retain your payment confirmation. An annual support period does not by itself authorize automatic renewal.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Contact assignmentsupportca@gmail.com to request cancellation, rescheduling or a refund. Your written agreement must explain the applicable process and treatment of delivered and unused services before you pay. These terms do not remove statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. If a service cannot be provided as agreed, contact us to arrange an appropriate resolution consistent with your agreement and applicable law.
Academic integrity
You complete and submit your own work and take your own assessments. We do not impersonate students, take assessed tests for them or provide work to submit as their own. Follow your institution’s rules on tutoring and permitted assistance. Share learning materials only when you have permission to do so.
Calls and respectful use
Live calls depend on advisor availability, your internet connection and browser permissions. Camera and screen sharing are optional. Do not record another participant without the required consent. Do not misuse call links, access other clients’ information or use abusive conduct. Support may be paused to address misuse, subject to applicable rights and your agreement.
Your rights and questions
Mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to you remain in place. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are independent of colleges and government funding agencies unless a specific relationship is expressly confirmed. For service questions or complaints, email assignmentsupportca@gmail.com or call +1 (365) 360-1818. Updates do not retrospectively change an agreed plan without a lawful basis.
Engagement and communication
Share your learning goals and agree on a support plan before service begins. Attendance, preparation and timely communication help make sessions useful. Tell us about scheduling changes or access needs as early as possible; the specific notice period and missed-session rules must be agreed in writing before payment.
Accessibility and support
If a page, form or call is difficult to use, contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp for help and to discuss a suitable alternative. Audio calls are available without turning your camera on. We can discuss communication or learning accommodations when arranging your plan.
Materials and links
Use our learning materials for your own agreed learning activities. Do not redistribute protected materials without permission. Third-party websites, course platforms and payment providers have their own terms; we do not control their availability or content.
